We spend a LOT of time making samples that accurately represent each wood. Combined with our install photos, we make it easy for you to have a very good idea of the look and feel of your wood before you order.

Sample Return Policy
Samples take A LOT of time to make- but they are essential to help our clients and designers specify our materials. We'll reimburse the cost when you return them with our pre-paid UPS label in the same box we shipped them in.
Architects, Designers & Builders
Design professionals who register with us may request samples for your product libraries or specific projects at no cost. Shipping via UPS Ground is covered by us, Rush Shipping must be applied to your firm's FedEx or UPS acct.
