Every project requires detailed specifications and a fair bit of back and forth to make sure that the wood, finish and specifications are approved before production.  Commercial projects often require third party owner approval and we send the drawings and samples necessary to make sure everyone will be more than satisfied with the final installed products.

Timing is of the essence,  and clear specs and communication are critical to a successful project.  From samples, to presentation through production and shipping, you will have one project manager as your point of contact who oversees and documents all specs and revisions along the way.

On our larger scale projects,  installing custom cutouts, details, commercial finishes and joinery hardware on over 80 large pieces before shipping.  We mark each piece and crate them according to an install plan so that  the trades people on your end can move faster and smarter.  Yes it takes more time and it's not typical for a manufacturer to help make your job easier....but that's our job- to help you make your client happy.
